An active Showit account and applicable Showit subscription are required to access and use a Glow Rise template.
Showit is a separate company and third-party platform. Your purchase from Glow Rise Creative does not include your Showit subscription, hosting, domain registration, or other Showit fees unless specifically stated on the applicable product page.
Your use of Showit is subject to Showit's own terms, policies, and subscription requirements.
Glow Rise Creative is not responsible for changes to Showit's platform, pricing, availability, features, policies, or functionality.
4. TEMPLATE LICENSE
When you purchase a Glow Rise Creative template, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the template for your own business website.
Your purchase does not transfer ownership of the underlying template, design, graphics, layout, or intellectual property to you.
You may:
Customize the template for your own business
Change the colors, fonts, images, copy, and other editable elements
Publish the customized website for your business
You may not:
Resell the template
Share the template with another person or business
Transfer or sublicense the template
Use the template to create a competing website template

You are responsible for maintaining:

Internet access
An active Showit account where required
Any third-party subscriptions required to use the product
We are not responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect information, spam filters, inactive accounts, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
6. REFUNDS
Digital Products & Templates

Website in a Day and custom website services are provided according to the scope, timeline, deliverables, payment terms, and revision limits outlined in your individual service agreement.
Clients are responsible for providing requested materials by the deadlines established for their project.
This may include:

Logos
Brand assets
Business information
Testimonials
Social links
Booking links
Legal policies
Other information required to complete the website
If required materials are not submitted on time, the project may need to be rescheduled based on Glow Rise Creative's availability.
Additional pages, revisions, functionality, strategy, or other work outside the agreed scope may be subject to additional fees.
8. CLIENT CONTENT
You are responsible for ensuring that any content you provide to Glow Rise Creative is accurate and that you have permission to use it.
